| Welcome aboard! Thanks for stopping by the Zen Riders Motorcycle Club.
On behalf of my board of directors and the membership I welcome you to our club. Whether you have been riding for years, getting started in riding or just have a keen desire to be involved, we welcome you whole-heartedly. |

Zen Riders is unique in that we are diverse - in a rich and varied manner. You'll relish the fact that we all ride different motorcycles - ranging from trike to sidecars, models from BMW, Harley, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, Triumph, to name a few. As well, we are a club that is open to all ages and ranges of people - regardless of sex, age, race, profession, or riding experience, just the love of riding and camaraderie for the two and three wheeled riding.
We gather together twice a week on Thursday and Sunday throughout the riding season which generally starts early April to late October (however some of our members do ride year long!). Our Thursday night rides, affectionately known as our "Twilight Rides", begins with a night ride and finishes up with a stop and chat over coffee, tea or beverage of your choice. Sundays we meet for breakfast and head off for a lovely day's ride - sometimes it's a day that has been planned or an impromptu jaunt. But oh, as if we don't get enough of each other on those days, we also meet throughout the week - be it to ride and eat, a quick hooky ride to Pennsylvania for Ice Cream, riding to Port Dover, (Friday the 13th), you'll find lots of action here. Peppered throughout our riding season, you'll never be without a good riding day and a companion or two to share the time with. Once a quarter we meet for our club business to discuss past and upcoming events. We are proud to have a safety instructor to give us safety tips and whom fields questions on riding; and other unlimited abilities such as providing us with an annual springtime warm-up and designing some spectacular rides. We donate our time twice a year to the local community in the Adopt a Road program, and proudly display our motorcycle club at all major motorcycle shows. While the Zen Riders Motorcycle Club is still young - 9 years in existence, we are highly recognized in the motorcycling community - it's truly our members that make us shine. We hold several club picnics and barbeques for the members and our Year-End party to celebrate the year we've enjoyed. I hope to meet you along with the members in the next couple of weeks or months. So venture forth for a cuppa, or a wee breakfast "Zen style". We feel proud to have you along and get to know us.
